FAQs about our Dental Discount Program

Q.   Are there any restrictions?
A.   There are no restrictions on the following:
       • You go to your participating dentist as many times as needed.
       • No limits on services per year.
       • No exclusions for previous health conditions.
       • No waiting periods!
       • No referrals required to see a specialist.

Q.   How does one find a participating dentist close to home or office?
A.   Click here to locate participating providers. You may also call Member Services at 1-877-851-0101 Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern time.

Q.   How does the dental discount program work?
A.   To receive a discount the member presents his/her Membership ID Card and pays the discounted fee at the time of service.

Q.   Can this discount be combined with dental insurance?
A.    In some instances (depending upon the type of dental insurance), members may use both. Simply visit a participating dental provider, pay the bill and submit it to the insurance company. The net out-of-pocket cost should be lower because the insurance company should reimburse the member their plan allotted percentage of the reduced bill.

Q.   Is there someone that can answer questions about the card and services offered?
A.    Simply call our Member Service number 1-877-851-0101 Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM Eastern time toll-free and a Member Services Representative will answer any questions.

Q.   Why should I go to a participating dentist?
A.   When you choose a participating dentist, you receive a discount that you wouldn't receive from a non-participating dentist.

Q.   If my dentist is not yet participating in your program, how can he/she join?
A.   Ask if your dentist would like to be part of our network. If yes, simply have your dentist call us toll free at 1-877-851-0101 Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM Eastern time to join.

Q.   If I enroll and wish to cancel, how do I do so?
A.   Simply call Member Services toll-free at 1-877-851-0101 Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern time, or write to Alliance HealthCard of Florida, Inc., PO Box 610810, Dallas, TX 75261. If you cancel your membership within the first 30 days after the Effective Date, you will receive a full refund within 30 days.

The Dental Discount Program is NOT insurance.
